Before any type of treatment can begin, a physiotherapist must complete a thorough assessment. Your first session would therefore include a full assessment and some initial treatment.

We offer direct billing to a variety of extended health benefit plans such as:

• Alberta Blue Cross
• Alberta School Employee Benefit Plan (ASEBP)
• Chamber of Commerce
• Canada Life
• Greenshield
• Standard Life
• Sunlife (excluding public service plans)
• Veterans Affairs

Some extended health care providers do not accept direct billing. In this case, the protocol would be to pay for your session and then submit the receipt we provide you to your insurance company for reimbursement.
