Sign-In Help

Having trouble signing in? That’s not cool with us. Here’s some help:

Existing Patients

  1. Click on “Are You an Existing Client?”
  2. If you have already set up a password and username enter it.
  3. If you have not set up a username, enter your phone number, email, and date of birth.
  4. Create a username and password
  5. To book an appointment, click “Create New Booking.”
  6. You can either click on the type of appointment under services, or you can click on the provider and then click on the type of appointment.
  7. Click on a date and find an available appointment time.

New Patients

  1. Click on “Are You a New Client?”
  2. In top right corner, click “Sign Up.”
  3. Create a username and password.
  4. Fill in all your information.
  5. Fill in insurance information, if you have any.
  6. Check all boxes to agree to our policies.
  7. Then, follow the same steps as existing clients above.

NOTe

You can send us an optional note and click confirm. You will then receive an email that either confirms appointment or declines appointment. You can also view all of your pending appointments or your past appointments by clicking on view appointments.
