A rehab class just for moms? Yes!

Dr Gillian Altheim’s Postpartum Rehab class is designed specifically for moms to get them back to feeling more like themselves. Filling the gap in postpartum care, these classes provide a comprehensive checkup and progressive healing to regain strength, mobility and function after baby’s birth.

Each session includes a one-on-one movement screen with Dr Gill, followed by 8 one hour group exercise classes over a four week period. Over the 4 weeks, you will work within the 4 pillars of Postpartum Rehab.

  • Postural Protocol
  • Core & Pelvic Floor Function & Strength
  • Glute Strengthening

Our next round of classes begin on April 2, 2024. Assessments will take place on Tuesday, April 2 then the exercise classes begin on Thursday, April 4.

Classes are 10:30am – 11:30am Tuesdays and Thursdays until Tuesday, April 30.
